In the fitness industry, everybody wants to claim their style of exercise is the best,
whether it be bodybuilding, running, CrossFit, or any other form. I am here to tell
you there is no way to work out that is best for everybody. When it comes to
exercising the biggest deciding factor is what do you enjoy doing enough that you
will do it three plus times a week. Consistency is key! Don’t be afraid to experiment
with different forms of fitness, have fun, work hard, and STAY CONSISTENT! Over
time you will reach your goals.
