Anna J. Western Mann Anna J. Western Mann, 71, of McPherson, KS, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 1, 2019, at The Cedars, McPherson.  She was a retired child daycare provider. Anna was born on September 23, 1948, in New Hall, West Virginia, the daughter of Dewey T. and Lockie Belle (McCray) Asbury.  She was united in marriage to Richard L. “Bubba” Western on July 17, 1968, in Richmond, Virginia.  He preceded her in death on December 14, 2006. Survivors include: her son, Keith Western of McPherson, KS; daughter, Tina Western of McPherson, KS; brother, Major Asbury of Richmond, VA; sister, Patricia (Robert)
