Sonic closed part of Sunday for repairs

McPherson’s Sonic, 910 E. Kansas Ave. had to turn away customers for part of Sunday after an incident forced them to close for a time. While no fire actually occurred, their suppression system was accidentally triggered due to a faulty wire detection line.

The business closed for a few hours for cleanup operations and is now back up and running.
