McPherson Police Department officers responded to two incidents of concern yesterday.
At approximately 9:47 a.m. officers responded to a report of a past burglary on North Elm Street.
“Officers responded to an unoccupied residence in reference to a burglary and theft,” McPherson Police Department Administrative Captain/Public Information Officer Mark Brinck said. “The victim reported tools, valued at approximately $2000, stolen from the residence over the weekend. Investigation continues.”
In addition, at 9:55 a.m. officers responded to another report of past theft at North Main Street.
“This incident involves a Criminal Use of a Financial Card, which is still under investigation,” Brinck said. “We do not have further details to release at this time.”
