The A team finished the season 10-1. The B Team was led by Kyden Thompson. The B-team finished the year with a 6-4 record.

The seventh grade A team put on a dominating display as they kept Fort Riley scoreless 22-0 in the first half. Gabe Pyle was the top scorer with 11 points.  Despite only putting up two points in the third, the A team finished the game on 15-4 run as Head Tyler Brown explained. The A team improved to 9-1 this season.

“I felt like in the first half we came out ready to play,”  Brown said. “Our press and intensity gave them all kinds of trouble to start the game”
Head Coach Paul Reichenberger was impressed by the improvement his B team made as they won three of the last four games. Alec Harms led the way with 17 points and Jaxson Malvo added 13 points. The B team is now 4-5.

“As the end of the year approaches, our B-team has really started playing better,” Reichenberger said. “Alec Harms was a beast tonight scoring 17 points. Jaxson Malvo had yet another solid game with 13 points. With these two guys playing really well, it was hard for Fort Riley to stop us tonight.  The B-team has now won three out of its past four games, which is some great momentum going forward into the Fort Riley Tournament in two weeks. I hope that we continue to dominate inside and play Bullpup basketball when the tournament comes around.”
