Bullpups Resume Season At Wichita-Collegiate

Sports Editor Peter Holland Jr. WICHITA— The McPherson High School basketball teams have two more nonleague games left and it all fall to this week. The Bullpups will be on the road Tuesday night as they take on Wichita Collegiate High School. Tipoff for the girls is set for 6 p.m., and the boys follow right after at 7:30 p.m.  February is a crucial month for the Bullpup boys (9-4). Here is what you need to know: At 12:19 a.m. McPherson Police Department officers were dispatched to a residence on East Sutherland Street in reference to a missing or stolen dog. “The dog was located and returned to the owner,” McPherson Police Department Administrative Captain/Public Information Officer Mark Brinck said. Tabatha Rosproy, the 2020 Kansas Teacher of the Year, is one of four finalists for the 2020 National Teacher of the Year, the Council of Chief State School Officers.
