Obituary: Dale R. Ross

On Wednesday May 13, 2020, Dale R. Ross, loving son, brother, father, and grandfather passed away at the age of 64 in McPherson, KS. Dale was born May 19, 1955, in Council Bluffs, Iowa and was the fourth son of Eugene and Mary (Jenkins) Ross. He was a graduate in the class of 1973 of Thomas Jefferson High in Council Bluffs.  He has two children, Stacey Ross of Kearney, NE and Scott Ross of Lewisville, TX, and two grandchildren, Celia (4) and Declan Ritz (3). During this morning’s County Commissioner’s meeting, it was decided unanimously that McPherson County would lift all restrictions regarding the COVID-19 Response to Reopening. The McPherson County Health Department is still encouraging citizens to follow suggested guidelines/recommendations set forth by the McPherson County Health Department. The following are recommendations by the McPherson County Health Department.
