The State Bank of Canton announced Tom Kueser as new President and CEO on Wednesday. Tom will replace Douglas Loewen who will remain on with the Bank as Chairman of the Board. Kueser got his start with the Bank early in life working as a teller while attending Canton-Galva High School. After receiving a Bachelor’s degree from Emporia State University, Tom accepted a position with the State Bank of Canton as Lender/Compliance Officer and Board of Directors in 2003. “It’s been an honor to serve my community and the State Bank of Canton over the years. I’m eager to begin this next chapter in my banking career and I want to thank all that has made this possible.” The State Bank of Canton proudly celebrates its 125th year of Service this year.
