Michelle Obama has taken to Instagram to express her admiration for Beyoncé’s latest album. In a post, she encourages voters to make their voices heard and to stand up for their beliefs during this year’s elections.

Beyoncé, a staunch supporter of former President Obama and current President Biden, unveiled her latest album, “Cowboy Carter,” with a country-inspired theme on Friday.

“On Instagram, the former first lady expressed her pride in Cowboy Carter, acknowledging his role in redefining a music genre and transforming our culture. You have truly changed the game once again, and I am incredibly proud of you!”

“Cowboy Carter serves as a powerful reminder that no matter the obstacles we face in our quest for visibility and acknowledgement, we can still embrace our true selves with confidence. This remarkable album showcases the inherent strength we all possess. Our collective power lies not only in our shared history and moments of joy, but also in our ability to exercise our right to vote. Moreover, each of us can utilize our unique gifts and talents to amplify our voices on the matters that hold the utmost significance to us.”

Various crucial issues that directly impact us, such as equal pay, racial justice, reproductive healthcare, and climate change, are at stake in this election. In alignment with Queen Bey’s empowering words from the song “Ya Ya,” Obama reminded us to maintain our faith and exercise our right to vote.

She explained that the album was inspired by a past experience where she felt unwelcome and excluded. Beyoncé emphasized that it was evident that she didn’t belong in that situation.
