The Kansas City, Missouri police are seeking assistance from the public in locating a teenage girl who is currently missing and in need of her medications.

Savannah Pemberton, a 16-year-old girl, was last seen around 5 p.m. on Thursday. Witnesses reported seeing her getting into a vehicle at the intersection of East 9th and Charlotte streets.

According to a news release from the KCPD, the vehicle drove off in an unknown direction.

Savannah, with a bleach streak in her hair, is a Black woman.

She stands at a height of 5 feet 6 inches and maintains a weight of 120 pounds.

Savannah was dressed in a black hoodie and pink shorts.
